Administrator
The Loomis Communities is seeking applications for an Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of Reeds Landing, a Continuing Care Retirement Community located in Springfield. The Administrator will be responsible for the overall operations of the community including skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living. The succesfull candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 3 years of senior management experience in a retirement community, assisted living or other long term care setting. A current Massachusetts Nursing Home Administrator's License is required.

34hrs a week Monday - Friday. This position will include supervision, direction and hands on operation of a small retail store and casual dining tavern. Prior retail and food service experience a plus.
