Not quite ready for fine retirement living? Consider joining Loomis Village’s wait list and Loomis Village will be ready for you – when you are ready. While you are waiting, you have the opportunity to experience a slice of the dynamic lifestyle that makes Loomis Village so special.
Come to dinner – meet residents – enjoy an overnight or weekend stay in one of our guest rooms – participate in one or more of Loomis Village’s leisure activities, swim in the pool – or simply enjoy the four-season beauty of Loomis Village’s scenic location.
How to join? It’s easy! A $2,500 deposit will put your name on our Wait LIst. When you move in, your deposit is deducted from your Entrance Fee.
