Dementia and Regular Caregiver Support Groups meet monthly at Loomis House. These groups are free and open to the public.
Dementia Caregiver Support Group
The public is invited to a Dementia Caregiver Support Group for those supporting a loved one with dementia will be held November 2, 4:00-5:00 pm in the Loomis House Nursing Center Family Room. The featured speaker will be Dr. May Awkal, Medical Director at the Loomis House Nursing Center.
The Dementia Caregiver support group: First Wednesday of every month 4 - 5 pm .
Regular Caregivers Support Group
The public is invited to an evening Caregivers Support Group on November 15, 6:30-8:00 pm in the Loomis House Nursing Center Family Room. The group is led by Loomis House social workers Joanne Ortegas and Sandra Tower.
Regular Caregiver Support Group: Third Tuesday of every month 6:30 - 8 pm.
