Our team members are trained to nurture the spirit as well as the body by hearing the voices of the residents. Team members are encouraged to get to know each resident and to build supportive relationships with residents, family-members and co-workers.
As a 501c3 Not-for-Profit organization, we love to give back to the communities that we call home. Our team members are an interictal part in that effort, donating their time and raising money for the Alzheimer’s walk, collecting toys for local children during the holidays, and even decks of cards to stuff stockings for local seniors. Giving back is at the heart of what we do!
Ongoing opportunities for career training, advancement, and in-service education are provided to encourage personal growth and the development of a fuller understanding of how we contribute to an outstanding senior living experience.
