Loomis Communities

The Loomis Communities offers a positive work environment where teamwork, open communication, and professionalism are emphasized. As an employee of The Loomis Communities, you would take on an important role in fostering our continued growth in the senior living industry. Loomis is committed to providing the opportunity for all of its employees to develop skills to meet the challenges of providing services for older adults in the years ahead.

The Loomis Communities is a superior organization. Our residents have chosen to spend their lives here because of the quality of service our employees offer them. We believe that “It must be a good place to work for it to be a good place to live.” Our mission, philosophy, and policies bear this out. All of our employees are integral members of The Loomis Communities.

Our team members are trained to nurture the spirit as well as the body by hearing the voices of the residents. Team members are encouraged to get to know each resident and to build supportive relationships with residents, family-members and co-workers. Ongoing opportunities for career training, advancement, and in-service education are provided to encourage personal growth and the development of a fuller understanding of how we contribute to an outstanding senior living experience.

One of our favorite things to do is join residents for thing they love the most. Like blueberry picking each season to make homemade blueberry muffins from the harvest.
Giving back to the communities we serve, team members are always entranced in exciting outreach opportunities. Take our Halloween Trunk or Treat with the Suez Temple for example. Welcoming the children of Springfield for an exciting Trick-or-Treat experience!
Further your education, with career advancement and growth opportunities, like our CNA program with Holyoke Community College.
