Spring Reception

The Loomis Communities Spring Reception is our traditional annual event which brings our communities, residents, families, volunteers, vendors, team members, community partners, and many friends together to acknowledge the generous support of all of our constituencies. We also recognize individuals who have gone above and beyond with their time and talents as we bestow the Elvira Whiting Ball Award and the Award for Inspirational Aging to deserving honorees.

Please join us this year on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Applewood in Amherst for Spring Reception starting at 4:30 p.m., and help us honor and celebrate Ann McIntosh with the Elvira Whiting Ball Award and Sandi Albertson-Shea with the Award for Inspirational Aging. Additionally, your attendance and support this year will help fund and benefit the current and future development of inter-generational, community-based programs at all three Loomis communities.
